Original Solutions will accept return of any product (except Skincare and Haircare items) within 30 days of receipt of your product. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (except Skincare and Haircare items), you may return for a full refund, less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. We will not accept returns on any opened or used products. In order to set up a return please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your name, order date, order number and the reason for your return. Once this request has been processed you will receive and email confirmation with return instructions and an RMA number from our customer service department for your return. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We have strict insurance policies and we will not accept or allow non-authorized products to be accepted into our facilities without proper authorization.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
